Exchange Policy

We strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. If you wish to request an exchange, the request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

By placing an order with Fabmade, you agree to our refund terms. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes QC inspection. Return charges (₹149–₹299 based on PIN code) and applicable advertising, payment gateway, and operational costs may be deducted. Refunds are processed on Fridays and Saturdays.  

For defective or damaged products, an unboxing video is mandatory, and the exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 24-hour period may not be accepted. Upon verification, FabMade will provide a replacement/exchange, and the logistics cost will be borne by FabMade.

For size exchanges, FabMade charges a ₹149 exchange fee for pickup and reshipping. Once the exchange fee is paid, we will arrange the pickup and send your replacement as quickly as possible. 

Once the exchanged product is received and approved after quality inspection, please allow 1–4 business days for the replacement product to be dispatched and delivered.

 

Return Policy

FabMade does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We only accept return requests in the following two cases:

1. Defective or Damaged Product

  • A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the defect or damage.
  • The product must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • After verification and approval by our team, a replacement product will be provided.
  • For defective or damaged products, FabMade will bear all pickup and reshipping costs.

2. Size Issue

  • A return request for size exchange must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A ₹149 exchange fee will be charged to cover pickup and reshipping costs.
  • Once the fee is paid, we will arrange the pickup and dispatch the replacement product.

Important Notes

  • All return requests are subject to approval after review by our team.
  • Products received at our warehouse will undergo a quality check before processing.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

No refunds will be provided for any order.


Reverse Pickup Policy and Procedure

The courier will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If they are unable to do so, you will need to return the shipment to the company's address. Reverse pickup availability depends on the service being offered in your area’s PIN code.

No returns allowed. Exchange permitted only.

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 149 will be deducted at the time of refund per order.

If you have applied the coupon code ''FABMADE10" at the time of purchase, please note that you are not eligible for a return or refund. However, we do allow exchanges for a different size, subject to availability and our standard exchange policies.

We will not accept returns if the safety Tag loop is broken


Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is possible if it is made before shipping the product. Minimum time duration of Shipping the product is 12hrs after placing the order. Cancellation is possible within the 12hrs of placing the order.
